The Trinidad and Tobago Carnival Museum is an NGO whose mission is to collect, preserve, educate, entertain and enlighten future generations in Trinidad and Tobago’s carnival art forms and legacies.
We are committed to creating a ‘Home for Carnival’ that can be shared with our citizens and the visitors to Trinidad and Tobago. This is a huge undertaking and we have lots of work to do. The museum’s doors are open all year, showcasing immersive exhibitions based on the three pillars of carnival: Mas, Pan and Calypso.

For a dream this big, we will need a pool of resources to keep the museum alive. We are always looking to expand our historical collections. We know that some of you may have been collecting valuable items revolving around mas, pan and calypso, for many years.
These artifacts include, but are not limited to, photographs, new paper articles, magazines, steelpans, sculptures, statues, costumes, outfits (from calypsonians, steelpan men and women), books for our library, records, cricket bats and uniforms, costumes for traditional carnival characters and more.
